Go to the formYour choices
- See and download your data. Members: Settings → Download my data. You get a ZIP file with your profile, answers, messages you sent, photos and videos. The download link works once and expires after 72 hours.
- Correct your data. Most of your profile can be edited anytime. Your date of birth can't be changed in the app. If it's wrong, tell us with this form.
- Delete your data. Members: Settings → Delete my account. Your profile disappears right away, and your data is erased within 30 days.
- Withdraw your sensitive-data consent. Settings → Privacy. We delete your sensitive answers within 24 hours.
- Selling or sharing your data. We never sell your personal information and we never share it for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
Your rights under state law
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Maryland Online Data Privacy Act and Nevada's privacy law (NRS 603A) give you some or all of the rights above. We offer these choices to every member and visitor, wherever they live.
[ATTORNEY: confirm which state laws currently apply and any state-specific wording.]
How we confirm it's you
To protect your privacy, we verify every request before we act:
- If you have an account, we reply from privacy@my420love.com to the email address on that account and ask you to confirm the request.
- We may ask for a detail only the account holder would know. We never ask for your password.
- If someone is making a request for you (an authorized agent), we need your signed permission, and we may still ask you to confirm it directly.
How long it takes
We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend that once by up to 45 more days, and we'll tell you why [ATTORNEY: confirm the extension rule]. Most requests are handled within a few days.
What we keep even after deletion
Some records must be kept for legal, safety or security reasons, even after you delete your account:
- consent and acceptance records (4 years),
- billing records (7 years),
- keyed hashes used to stop banned members from rejoining (5 years; never your email in plain text),
- safety reports and related evidence (until the report is closed, plus 90 days),
- anything under a legal hold or needed for a legal claim, for as long as the hold lasts.
If you disagree with our answer
If we decline all or part of your request, we'll explain why. You can appeal by replying to our email within 45 days, and a different member of our team will review it. If you're still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
